Ni Hao Series

Intermediate level

Ni Hao 3 is the third level of the series and is designed for students who have completed Ni Hao 1 and Ni Hao 2. This level is ideally suited for students around 14 to 16 years old in year 10 or 11 of high school. As in other levels, Chinese characters are used extensively throughout the text and is accompanied by Pinyin which acts as a guide to pronunciation and is gradually omitted as the student becomes familiar with the characters and vocabulary.

This level introduces more than 500 words and phrases and there are 151 characters to be learnt to write.
